THE NEW TURKEN HOUSE PROJECT

Turken House is a mixed-use, 21-story residential tower designed as a Culture Center and housing for Turkish students studying in Manhattan. It includes social activity areas, single- or double-occupancy rooms, and a large private praying area. Apartments would take up floors four through 15 and 17 through 21, with one study room on each floor and a number of bicycle-storage rooms scattered throughout. This 80,000 SF facility will be its flagship project.

Turken operates in 5 states with 8 locations. Since 2014, more than 500 students benefited from Turken Foundation`s facilities and services.

Currently, Turken Houses are serving over 50 students, Turken Foundation continues to extend its services to other major cities in the U.S.

WHY TURKEN FURNISHED APARTMENTS?

 Turken provides turn-key apartments for Turkish students and pay all utilities.  Students do not have to worry about finding an available aparment, signing a lease, filing application for utilities and internet connection.  Turken also offers a muslim community networking events and conferences to the tenants during their stay.
